An English teacher and spirit line coach at Paradise Valley High School was arrested today on 29 counts of sexual conduct with a minor. Jennifer Mally, 26, was taken into custody at the school's administrative offices in Northeast Phoenix. The parents of a 16-year-old male student contacted the school Wednesday morning and school officials then called police. Police were told that it had been an ongoing situation that began in October.
