Lancaster Student Arrested For Alleged Handgun On Campus

A Lancaster high school student who allegedly brought a handgun to the campus was under arrest Thursday, authorities said.Marques Howard, 18, of Lancaster, was taken into custody at about 11 a.m. Wednesday at Desert Winds High School, 45030 N.
