A University of Georgia student who was set to graduate with his MBA later this month remained in custody Tuesday, after confronting police Monday night with a handgun when they came to his apartment to serve a search warrant. A worried business school official called UGA police Monday after Brandon Ginyard, 27, made comments in a meeting after class that led the faculty member to believe Ginyard could pose a danger to himself or others, UGA Police Chief Jimmy Williamson said.
