School teachers arrested

Two area residents, both Jacksonville school teachers, have been arrested for abusing a six-year-old. On Monday, the White County Sheriff's Department Domestic Violence Unit arrested Amy Hilbun, 25 of Beebe and Stephen Rose, 35 of Kensett, both elementary school teachers at Jacksonville Elementary School, for felony battery in connection with an investigation of child abuse.
